FM Portfolio Management

Freddie Mac sought out a prototype for an app that would easily showcase a diversified portfolio and its growth over time as well as best and worst performing servicers across the U.S.

Its intended use would be for the MicroStrategy platform, so it was crucial to keep in mind its limitations while gathering requirements and developing concepts. After gathering requirements with stakeholders, I brainstormed and helped craft an initial set of wireframes to ensure we were headed down the right path.

After careful tweaks to the interface based on client feedback, I began to create a series of mockups, designing the entire look and feel of the prototype, that would eventually enable users to review their portfolios, call out any areas of needed improvement and take action.

Several iterations of mockups were created and a prototype was built, which was used to sell future engagements with the company. Its design remains a strong talking point to this day within the organization.
